I’m so glad you’ve arrived. Ladypdiary is a blog  where I share my  true life stories as well as other  people's stories and offer  tips to promote better mental health and self-care. I hope you enjoy reading my blog posts, but most importantly learn from these stories and find healthy tips to cope in stressful situations. 



Everyone feels glum, distressed, perturbed, as a result of life experiences; but if this feelings last for a long time, they disrupt your life. Learning to notice and identify these feelings and mastering the habits of a healthy life style requires practice. I will be sharing my personal stories and stories of individuals whose name won't be mentioned.
